Pump-n-Play

Pump-n-Play

The Cadron Creek Play Pump-n-Play playground pump system combines our stainless steel hand pump with a stainless steel tank for a total height of 53 1/2”. With these two units combined, older children (ages 5-12) will thoroughly enjoy the water play.

No well is needed! Our Pump-n-Play includes our stainless steel hand pump and a stainless steel tank. Water from a pressurized water line fills the tank and automatically shuts off at the fill line. The water refills as it’s pumped out.

Description

Cadron Creek Play’s Pump-n-Play Playground Pump System is an exciting water play feature for your park or playground. The manually operated stainless steel pump simulates the action of a traditional water hand pump. However, no well is needed as it is connected to a pressurized water line (like city water) which automatically refills the above-ground tank as the children hand-pump the water out of the tank. With a unique draw like the Pump-n-Play Playground Pump System, families will visit the playscape again and again…and tell their friends!

The Pump-n-Play Playground Pump System includes the highest quality playground pump on the market. Made of Stainless Steel, the pump and tank are hand-polished and manufactured 100% in the USA. With sturdy welds and a five-year warranty, they have minimal maintenance requirements.

The manual hand pump mounted on the enclosed stainless steel tank has the elegance of the old-style hand pumps with a modern upgrade. The pump features a 11 3/4 inch long spout, allowing the water to fall in a designated area. However, it can be customized to meet the needs of your project. For example, the Pump-n-Play Elephant Snout is an extension of the pump spout that allows the water to fall in a more concentrated area. Or you can add a Spout & Shout to the nozzle, which causes the water to spray out of the spout as you pump!

The Pump-n-Play Playground Pump System creates an independent play experience in which kids explore the science of pumping water.

GET READY FOR INQUISITIVE QUESTIONS LIKE

  • How does a hand pump work?
  • How much force is required to pump the water?
  • Where does the water come from… and where does it go?

The stainless-steel water play pump system invites a broader discussion about water as a resource, conservation and environmental science!

At Cadron Creek Play, it is our mission to get kids off the screens and into the outdoors. Children are naturally drawn to water. Whether they are playing in a bathroom sink or suddenly sprint to the nearest water fountain, kids seek out water! The Playground Pump encourages that curiosity as it enhances other skills like cooperation, understanding buoyancy, and feeling the weight of water and the amount of force required to lift it. The Pump-n-Play gives children a hands-on learning opportunity that instills a love for exploring with your senses. Feeling the water, getting wet, muddy… this is what childhood is about. THIS is how we learn about the world around us. We hope you’ll join us as we encourage kids to get outside and experience the great outdoors.

Cadron Creek’s Pump-n-Play Play System is designed for “Big Kids” between the ages of 5 and 12 years old. While the system may be used for younger children, the overall height of the pump and tank (53 1/2 inches) is intended for taller and older kids. For shorter kiddos, check out the Pump-n-Play Junior.

HOW IT WORKS
