For all orders, we require payment prior to shipping the order. Please contact a salesperson for a quote. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Also, Cadron Creek Play can provide all customs documents for no additional charge (packing lists, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

To return a product, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Form will be provided by Cadron Creek Play. This form must be included in the packaging. We will not accept packages without an RGA.
Once the product has been confirmed to be defective, Cadron Creek Play will replace or repair the product or issue a credit as dictated by the circumstance.
