Shipping Policy

Cadron Creek Play ships to the U.S. and Internationally. We will arrange the shipping, unless the order is freight or international, in which case the customer’s shipping account may be used.

For all orders, we require payment prior to shipping the order. Please contact a salesperson for a quote. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Also, Cadron Creek Play can provide all customs documents for no additional charge (packing lists, commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc.).

Return Policy

Cadron Creek Play products come with a Limited Warranty. If a product is defective, please contact us at 1-501-327-7720. 

To return a product, an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Form will be provided by Cadron Creek Play. This form must be included in the packaging. We will not accept packages without an RGA.

Once the product has been confirmed to be defective, Cadron Creek Play will replace or repair the product or issue a credit as dictated by the circumstance.

Privacy Policy

Cadron Creek Play will not share your payment or contact information with any third party companies for the purpose of profit or anything outside the realm of our direct business transactions. Your email address may be added to Cadron Creek Play’s monthly newsletter list; however, you may easily “unsubscribe” if you do not want to receive our updates. Warranty

Cadron Creek Play’s Playground Pumps are manufactured in the U.S.A. with the highest quality materials. They are designed to withstand a lot of use, and therefore come with a five-year warranty. Our playground pumps are the finest hand pumps on the market with Stainless Steel components, competitive pricing, and expert advice.

Manufactured Components

If you suspect a defect in your Cadron Creek Play Playground Pump, please contact us at 1-501-327-7720. We will need as much information as possible to determine the cause of the problem. Please be ready to provide photos or any other information that will be useful in determining whether the pump has a defective part.

If the problem is determined to be due to a defective part, we will issue the customer an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) Form which must be included in the packaging when returning the defective part. Cadron Creek Play will provide the customer with a shipping label and will determine the mode and type of shipment.* Once the returned materials have been received and the part is confirmed defective (and not abused), Cadron Creek Play will issue a credit or replacement. 

*Customers outside the U.S. will be responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.


Not Covered by Warranty

Regular Wear Parts are not included in the Cadron Creek Play Limited Warranty. A Wear Part is one whose expected lifetime varies depending upon the amount of use.

Playground products that are not Stainless Steel pumps do not come with a warranty.

Installation, Use and Maintenance

Cadron Creek Play provides extensive technical support and education on our playground pumps. An Owner’s Manual is included with the purchase of a pump system. Also, the Cadron Creek Play Facebook Page is continually updated with new articles and has a library of technical documents. You are always welcome to call us with any questions at 1-501-327-7720.

Please be aware that the Limited Warranty is contingent upon proper installation, use and maintenance of the Cadron Creek Play Playground Pump.
